About Jerome Aquino

As an attorney at Retherford, Mullen & Moore, I primarily handle insurance defense cases. I graduated from Drexel University Earle Mack School of Law in Philadelphia magna cum laude and was president of the Moot Court Board. For over ten years, I was a plaintiffs’ attorney managing cases both in litigation and non-litigation, both state and federal, and from intake to resolution whether through settlement, mediation, arbitration, trial or appeal. My experience being on “the other side” has imparted me with valuable insight and wisdom in handling defense cases. I am an experienced trial attorney, researcher and legal writer, having tried numerous cases, argued hundreds of motions and litigated countless cases.

As an immigrant from the Philippines, I speak Filipino (Tagalog) fluently. I enjoy spending time with my wife and two young kids. Currently, I am learning to play the piano and am a white belt in karate (you have to start somewhere). I am also an avid video-gamer.
